Having graduated from CHS in 1989, I am very pleased to continue being a part of the CAPS family. In 1994, I graduated from GVSU with a B.A. in Education and double majors in math and Spanish. I taught both subjects here at Coopersville for a couple of years before moving to Illinois with my husband. After returning to Michigan and starting a family, I earned my M.A. in Counseling from WMU. I was hired as a Guidance Counselor in 2004 and have enjoyed the challenge and variety of this position ever since. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, singing, playing the piano and the guitar, spending time with family and friends, and sharing God with others.
