Hello, my name is Joanie Host, and I'm the Administrative Assistant at West Elementary. My primary responsibility is to assist the building principal in all areas of school operation and management. One of the most enjoyable aspects of my job is to implement and coordinate our many different programs and projects. Through these efforts I am able to meet many of our parents and community members, which we love to see take an active part in our school. At West Elementary we believe positive parental involvement in their child's education and activities supports positive development of their academic performance.
