I attended Grand Valley State University, where I received my B.S. Degree in 1996 and have been teaching science ever since.   I am also part of the technology coaching team.  I received my Master’s in Teaching from Marygrove College. I have coached junior high girls basketball, golf and softball here at Coopersville. My husband and I live in Lamont. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy sports, camping with my family and friends, cooking, and reading.
