Welcome to fourth grade at South Elementary!  I have been teaching at Coopersville since 2006.  I graduated from Grand Valley State University with both my undergrad and master's degree.  I have a passion for reading that can be seen in the classroom.  We will do  many exciting things this year.  Some big things to look forward to include:  Lansing field trip, pet parade day, mitten tree, and the 4th grade musical.  We will even be learning some important Math concepts such as multiplication, long division, and even fractions.  Please use the class blog as a way to see current happenings in the classroom as well as some great online resources.  We are going to have a great year full of learning, so let the fun begin!
