I have been teaching for 11 years.  I began my career teaching 6th grade Language Arts in Douglasville, GA.  After a move back to Michigan in 2004, I became a Bronco teacher at East Elementary.  In addition to teaching 5th grade this year at South Elementary, I am also working as a Reading Coach for the district.  I live in Belmont with my husband, Kyle, and two sons, Alex and Jaden.  I enjoy running, cooking and spending time with my family.
