Will be Wednesday, May 23rd & Thursday, May 24th at 5:30PM in the HS Matted Room.  All incoming 9-12 graders attending CAPS are welcome to participate.  Questions, contact Coach Kristy at 616-850-0041.

Please read carefully as there are changes from the previous years. 

Physicals will be Monday, June 4 @ 5:30PM at the high school in the locker room area.  This will be the only time physicals will be offered at school for the 2012-13 school year.  There will not be an August date.  From this year forward, they will only be offered once a year, on the first Monday of June.

The cost will be $20.00 and cash is required.  We will be transitioning to the medical examination form recommended by the OK Conference and preferred by many physicians.  It is a lot more detailed and will require  you to complete it before your student comes for his physical on the 4th.  All athletes are still required to carry their own medical insurance or they are not able to participate.  This rule has not changed.

Tuesday, August 7th from noon till 6:00PM at the high school in the auxillary gym.  Michigan Blood will donate $10.00 for every person who gives blood, to the sport they specifically ask that it benefit.  More details to come.  Mark your calendar.
