Coopersville Area Public Schools Food Service is pleased to announce a new system for parents/guardians to access information regarding students' lunch accounts.  The new system is called MyLunchAccount.  Please follow the instructions below to set up and access your child(ren)'s lunch account on-line via MyLunchAccount.

1. Click on the MyLunchAccount link
    
2. Click "Sign Up" (not "Log In")
    
3. Enter your e-mail address  
    
4. Click "Create New Account"
   
   An e-mail will be instantly sent to you with your password.  This e-mail will come from Jessica Endres with MyLunchAccount Sign Up as the subject.  
   
   Please make a note of the password.  You cannot change it.
    
5. Go back to the MyLunchAccount site and log in using your e-mail and the password sent to you.  The password is NOT cAsE sEnSiTiVe.
    
6. Click "Log In"
   
   Note:  There will be "no students" on your account until you add them.
    
7. Click "Add student" and fill in the following information:
   
   Student ID (if you do not know this, please contact the Food Service Department at mylunchaccount@coopersville.k12.mi.us or (616) 997-3663
   
   First name
   
   Last name
   
   You MAY have to fill in Birthday, but only if requested.
    
8. Click "Add" 

Once logged in, you can see Account Balance and View History.

If you have questions about My Lunch Account, please e-mail Food Service Support at mylunchaccount@coopersville.k12.mi.us

Please be sure to include your name and phone number in your e-mail. We have responded to several e-mails where the return e-mail has been rejected by the mail server, and we cannot identify the parents sending the e-mail.

Also, please be sure that you add the support e-mail address to your address book. This will help prevent our e-mail to you from being classified as spam by your e-mail server.
