Hello. I am the 6^th grade Special Education teacher at Coopersville Middle School. This means that I know everything that happens in the 6^th grade! Along with teaching a Language Arts class, I also help teach Science, Social Studies, and Math. It's hard to believe, but I have been teaching at Coopersville since the fall of 2000. When I am not at school, I am probably with my wife and kids in Grand Haven. Laura is an 8th grade teacher in Grand Haven, and we have two daughters named Sylvia and Gracie and a son named Andrew. So between teaching, coaching 8^th grade boys’ basketball, leading high school youth group at Covenant Life Church in Grand Haven, and parenting, I don’t have much time for the other things I enjoy, like reading, camping or playing/watching sports. But that’s ok. I am very happy!
