Guidelines for Conducting Teacher and Administrator Evaluations
These guidelines are intended to assist evaluators in completing annual evaluations for teachers on a tenure track. Deviations from these guidelines must be approved by the Superintendent. CEA staff (ancillary) who are not on a tenure track will be evaluated under the process found in the CEA collective bargaining agreement.
