Early College Program
The Early College program provides students the opportunity to earn both a high school diploma from CHS and an associate's degree from Muskegon Community College in 5 years. Students apply in February of their 10th grade year and take both high school and college courses in grades 11, 12, and 13. At least one high school course must be taken during the 13th year. This program, which is free to participants, is designed for students who may be the first in their families to go to college or who need extra support in pursuing post-secondary education.
