About South
South Elementary serves approximately 550 students in grades 4–5 and offers a challenging, well-rounded instructional program. A wide range of academic programs and support services are in place to meet the needs of all learners, while a balanced curriculum helps students build strong foundational skills for middle school.
South Elementary is led by Principal Corey DeRidder, whose focus on student growth, staff collaboration, and a positive school culture helps create a supportive learning environment for every student.

Begins at 8:30 a.m. in the cafeteria
Half Days
12:00 p.m. – Dismissal
(School begins at the regular time)
Students may not be dropped off before 8:30 a.m.
