Investing in Tomorrow’s Talent: fairlife and MEPP Into the New Year

In April 2024, fairlife was proud to join the MEPP program at Coopersville High School. As a long‐standing member of the Coopersville Community, we’re committed to supporting our schools, empowering students, and investing in the future of our town.

The MEPP program at Coopersville High School is the Manufacturing Engineering Partnership Program, a hands-on STEM initiative that connects students with local manufacturing companies to prepare them for careers in engineering, and manufacturing.

MEPP provides high school students with opportunities to explore the broad range of careers in the manufacturing industry as well as a streamlined avenue towards employment opportunities, both while in school and after graduation.

Fairlife is truly thankful for this partnership and proud of our team members who made it possible, whether by presenting at the high school, welcoming students onsite at fairlife, preparing PPE, or guiding them through a tour. Your efforts helped showcase not only our operations but also the culture of care and excellence that defines us.

Thank you to everyone involved for making this experience meaningful for the students and for strengthening our connection with the community.

“We’re excited to partner with the MEPP program because the future of manufacturing depends on investing in tomorrow’s talent,” Johnathan Klein, Systems Quality Manager of fairlife, states, “MEPP gives students a real look at what a career in manufacturing and engineering can be, and we’re proud to support the young innovators it develops."

Back in October, our fairlife team had the opportunity to present to the MEPP students at Coopersville High School, sharing all about fairlife -what we value and the work we do here. Following our visit to school, the students were eager to learn, and on November 25th, they all came to tour our facility!

We look forward to continuing our relationship with MEPP for many years to come!
